I always love coming to the shop with the very friendly and talented Alan! His pastries are the absolute best even rivaling the croissants that I used to buy in New York. And his chocolates are devine! This shop is a must experience for anyone passing through Hellertown or living anywhere nearby. You will add it to your "always come back for more" list! Make sure to come by close to opening time on Saturdays for his delicious Palmierres ( elephant ears) made only on Saturdays.
