Looking for a last-minute cake for my mom's birthday in Harker Heights led me to a nearby bakery. Luckily, they had one Strawberry Shortcake left, which we decided to purchase. In addition to the cake, we also checked out their assortment of cupcakes and plan to return to try more flavors in the future. The pricing was fair, with cupcakes ranging around $3.75 to $3.95 each and the cake we bought priced at $45. Despite the slight dryness of the cake, the overall taste and service at Lily's Cakes were commendable.
