My family recently celebrated my daughter's 1st birthday with a beautifully crafted Carousel cake from Oteri's in Olney, where my niece works. The surprise cake was not only visually stunning but also delicious, alongside the assortment of pastries and cookies we picked up. The friendly staff at Oteri's made our experience special, and I will definitely return for more of their moist pineapple upside-down cake and other treats.
