When my family and I had an event to attend, we placed an order online for some delicious pretzels to take with us. Despite getting caught in traffic on our way, I called ahead to ensure our order was ready as we were running late. The customer service was exceptional as they waited for us, and the warm pretzels were a hit with everyone at the event.
