I had a fantastic time at the sourdough starter workshop, which was my first experience with a baking class. The instructor, Cat, was not only knowledgeable but also made the entire session enjoyable, leading us through the process of making flatbread and providing us with our own starter to take home. Now, I feel inspired to bake on my own, and I look forward to trying out more baking classes in the future!
