Borealis Breads has completely spoiled me with their heavenly rosemary rolls slathered in garlic and herb cheese spread-I've been known to haul dozens back home just to get my fix. Their authentic sourdough, especially the French Peasant loaf, is the real deal with a tangy starter that leaves packaged breads in the dust, and their sandwiches-like the cranberry chicken salad on multigrain or a veggie with goat cheese on rosemary bread-are the perfect balance of fresh, crunchy, and creamy. Oh, and the blueberry pie and muffins? Forget your sweet tooth; these treats are so good they might just start a bakery addiction!
