I discovered a unique pate chaud banh mi at a bakery next to a liquor store, where in the early morning it stands out with cars parked in front. The flavorful combination of well-cooked puff pastry and banh mi ingredients with the pate chaud patty made for a satisfying bite, complemented by the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the friendly owners and delicious pastries and drinks available.
