I was initially skeptical about finding a bakery in Miami that could meet all my needs for my mother's birthday, but after speaking with the owner and placing my order over the phone, the cake arrived beautifully presented and tasted incredible. Having been a loyal customer since the early days when the business operated out of an apartment, I appreciate their fair prices, variety of flavors, and the personalized experience they offer, including cake tastings that helped my husband and me choose the perfect combination for our wedding cake. Although the customer service could be a bit warmer, the dedication to accommodating last-minute orders and delivering delicious, elegant cakes made the entire experience truly satisfying.
