The bakery that used to be known as Vrej Pastry has undergone a name change to Maison Rafi, which took place sometime in 2017. Upon my recent visit to the area, I noticed the establishment looks different now, prompting me to wonder about the changes that have occurred. Despite the alterations, I hope the renowned baklava that was once a highlight remains a staple in their offerings.
