I stopped by a small French bakery in Larchmont Westchester County where I enjoyed incredibly flaky, buttery croissants and apple turnovers, appreciated the friendly and efficient service, savored a variety of pastries including chocolate croissants, spinach friands, macarons, and brownies that were fresh and made on-site, admired the charming atmosphere with chalkboard menus and classic sandwiches, found the prices quite high but the quality and presentation impressive, and look forward to returning to try more offerings like their soups, breads, and coffee.
