Roy and his team provided thorough answers to my queries and ensured I secured a favorable deal. Despite encountering delays with my bank releasing funds, Roy accommodated my situation by safely storing the equipment until I could arrange for its delivery. Following the setup, I encountered an issue with the stove which was promptly addressed under warranty by one of Roy's skilled technicians. Overall, the service provided was commendable and greatly appreciated.
