The staff at this establishment is incredibly skilled and genuinely friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Having enjoyed cortados here on numerous occasions, I have found each one to be expertly crafted by different baristas, showcasing their consistency and expertise. While I do wish they offered a slightly darker roast option for the coffee, the overall experience of personalized service and exceptional quality makes this place a standout choice in Manhattan.
