Carli's is a cool hangout in the neighborhood where the atmosphere is relaxed. The bar has a system to measure and charge for drinks, so if you want a stronger one, you'll have to pay extra for a double or triple. The DJ plays a mix of music genres, adding to the laid-back vibe of the place.
