The instructors here are incredibly skilled, often bringing in guest chefs with unique specialties from around the world. I had an amazing experience in a Holiday Chocolate cooking class led by Chef Amanda Snouffer, where we created delicious treats like English toffee and peppermint bark. The personal attention and supportive atmosphere made it enjoyable for everyone, whether they were beginners or had some experience, and I left with a wealth of knowledge and a bounty of chocolate to take home.
