San Diego's Chinese BBQ scene really surprised me with its moist, flavorful roasted pork that stays crispy even after reheating, and the cha siu is equally delicious with a nice balance of moisture and flavor. The friendly staff, reasonable prices, and unique touches like pickled vegetables and scallion ginger sauce make for an authentic experience that keeps me coming back for more.
