I thought that all restaurants where first come first serve...well apparently it's not...went to Bootheel for breakfast, two gentlemen sitting in there having coffee..the lady behind the counter said "I'll be with you in a minute " 15 minutes later she came to our table. By this time two gentlemen came in and sat down...when she took our drink order ( witch was tea and a water) two other gentlemen came in and sat down..So she took everyone's drink order...now we have been there 30, 35

Overpriced, poorly done BBQ, loaded with artificial smoked flavoring, gave everyone in our group terrible indigestion.
Won't make that mistake again.

first time here. prices very affordable , service fast and friendly , polite, place was clean , well worth drive from sullivan missouri
