I got the chicken katsu extra crispy, and it truly lived up to its name with a perfectly crunchy coating and tender meat inside. The service was excellent, especially Shirley at the cashier, who was incredibly kind and accommodating. After shopping at Costco, this is my go-to for a satisfying, generous plate lunch that beats the usual food court options any day.
