The staff here are all students, which actually adds a nice friendly vibe to the whole experience, and the food, though limited in options, comes in generous portions with a gourmet touch at really affordable prices. The service is solid, the menu changes often, and it's cool knowing that tips go back into scholarships, making it a win-win for great food and supporting the culinary academy.

Arriving at the Westside Bistro, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the staff are all students in training. Despite the limited food options, I found the entrees to be gourmet and the portions generous, making it a great value for the price. The friendly service and unique dining experience at this student-run restaurant inside the Culinary Academy of Las Vegas left me impressed and eager to return.
