I met up with friends for lunch and found a bit of mold on my sandwich, but the staff quickly replaced it and even threw in a free cookie. The shop had a nice selection of Swedish dish cloths and white port, and I'd definitely return - it's a cute spot!

I'd love to remove the bad review I wrote in the heat of the moment, but I don't seem to be able to. Yes, one employee was an issue. But, she was just a kid, and is certainly not representative of the entire business or all of the great employees. We've literally had hundreds of fantastic experiences here, and the bad experience is definitely the exception.

I've been a regular customer for years, but I don't plan on ever going back. My wife came home crying after an interaction with one of the employees. This employee went on the attack when my British wife was asking questions about things that might be obvious to locals but are not obvious to foreigners. It doesn't matter if it's ignorance or xenophobia. Allowing employees to be rude to customers of any nationality is terrible customer service, and I will not reward it with my patronage.
