I hit up this bustling joint on a Friday lunch rush, and boy were they firing on all cylinders! From the friendly order taker to the efficient kitchen crew, everyone was on their A-game. I went for the classic Char with crispy bacon, a side of green beans, and a refreshing strawberry shake - talk about hitting the jackpot! And let me tell you, that new Korean BBQ Char with kimchi is calling my name; can't wait to dive into that flavor explosion next time I swing by on a Saturday!
