The food and smoothies here are always fresh, delicious, and generously portioned, with paninis and salads made to order. The service is friendly and efficient, whether using the drive-thru or dining in, and the owner's warm attitude makes every visit welcoming. It's a wonderful option for a healthy, satisfying meal or quick bite after a workout or on the go.

The food at this cafe is just fantastic! I couldn't resist trying the salad sampler and it did not disappoint. The smoothie I ordered was the perfect complement to the fresh and filling salads. Grace Gault, the owner, really knows how to create a welcoming and tasty experience.
