The Italian Stargazer cafe within the Adler Planetarium offers a variety of healthy menu options, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free dishes, much to my surprise. The Harvester salad, featuring grilled chicken, apples, walnuts, and feta cheese, was a delicious and satisfying choice for a mid-day meal. The cafe's glass drum-shaped interior provides a futuristic ambiance and stunning views of the Chicago skyline and Lake Michigan.
