I threw a wild Surprise birthday bash and Harbor's Cajun Station brought the flavor! Our guests were wowed by the Louisiana vibes and couldn't get enough of the delicious eats - they even scored future gigs! From the mouthwatering catfish sammich to the unforgettable gumbo, this food truck is a taste explosion you don't want to miss. The shrimp were divine, the fries a nice touch, and even though I missed the homemade tartar sauce, it was still a feast worth coming back for!
