The Trini Restaurant I visited felt like being welcomed into my auntie's kitchen with its delicious macaroni pie, stewed chicken, and warm hospitality from the staff. The authentic West Indian flavors at West Indian Flavour in Park Heights left a lasting impression on me, especially the roti and pholourie with tamarind sauce, all made in-house. Despite the bustling environment during lunchtime, the clean establishment and friendly service made my first Trinidadian cuisine experience truly enjoyable and memorable.
