There's a Haitian spot in Lake Worth that serves some of the best griot I've had-crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside, paired perfectly with rice, pikliz, and salad. The vibe is casual and friendly, mostly takeout with a few tables, and the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome, even making up for a forgotten order with a free soda and a discount. Parking can be tight, but the smells and authentic flavors make it worth the squeeze, and it's quickly become my go-to when craving real Haitian comfort food.
