The consistently delicious food, attentive service, generous portions, and careful packaging for takeout at Chang's in my neighborhood have made it my favorite Chinese restaurant in Natomas, especially with standout dishes like salt & pepper shrimp, wonton soup, sesame chicken, and crispy garlic beef, and despite the slightly higher price for peeled shrimp, the quality and experience keep me coming back again and again.

The Salt & Pepper Shrimp at Chang's by Raleys was flavorful, though a bit pricey due to the shell removal. Despite the cost, I found the taste to be worth it. I have consistently enjoyed the food and service at this restaurant, making it my preferred choice for Chinese cuisine in the neighborhood.
