The Juicy Pork Xiao Long Bao here has an incredibly thin yet sturdy skin and a rich, flavorful broth that truly sets it apart from others I've tried, including Ding Tai Fung. The handmade noodles and dumplings showcase a unique Shanghainese style with a perfect balance of sweetness and savory flavors, making each bite a delicious experience worth returning for.
