We think all chinese restaurants are hit n miss per visit. This place rarely misses. We drive past 2 other places to go here.

Just tried China House again after over 4 years and was EXTREMELY impressed!!! Great food, very generous portions, the combo platters usually have plenty for 2 dinners. The egg rolls and crab rangoon actually taste fresh made!! We've tried nearly every one of the combo platters on the menu and also found that most of the other menu options are available in a combo platter even though not listed as a combo platter option. Great fried rice! The prices can't be beat!! The "spicy " dishes aren't as spicy as I'm accustomed to but that's easily rectified using the complimentary hot sauce or hot mustard. The China House in little Durand, MI has become our "Go To " for take out. Very friendly and fast service. GREAT WORK everyone at the Durand, MI China House restaurant!!!
