I tried the Kung Pao Chicken and Black Pepper Chicken with noodles at Mandarin Express on Riverwalk, close to Harsh's Casino at the end of Canal Street. Along with two spring rolls dipped in hot mustard sauce and a large Coke, the total came to just over $13. The food was decent, but I believe it would be more enjoyable in a sit-down restaurant setting rather than a mall food court. The noodles were delicious, the Kung Pao Chicken was superbly spicy, and the Black Pepper Chicken was better than just alright. Give it a try!
