Good food!!

Been going to this place for years. They have never been so rude as they have in the last 2 years. No "Hello", no "Thank you", no "let me make sure I got that right for you". Today, I had a minor issue, misordered something on the menu that costs like 2-4 dollars. I called back and asked if i could swap it back with them for the thing I meant to order. I picked up the order myself initially and willingly volunteered to come back with the misordered item and make the swap(pretty much any restaurant would be happy to make their customer happy). Waited on hold about 5 minutes for a manager, finally manager comes and approves my request. Takes me about 4-5 minutes to get ready and just when I'm about to walk out my door keys in my hand, SHE CALLED BACK! Not only called back but called back to rescind their offer to correct my order and told me I could come buy the item at full price. I assured them that my and my family are no longer red house customers. Initially only went to this restaurant because of it's convenient location near my home, not because of the food. Their prices are okay, their food isn't as good as it used to be and their portions on some of their items have gotten smaller. You might pay just a few bucks more to go to another restaurant of similar type, but you'll be getting better food and better service. Besides, Red House is always dirty and they used to have a pretty bad mouse/rat problem that they had cages out for constantly. The delivery drivers are always A+, can't say so much for food or management.
