While working in rural Illinois, I often stop by a unique dim sum restaurant in Chinatown on my way from O'Hare to stock up on food. The menu features handmade dim sums and a variety of dishes, with highlights including pork buns, chicken fried rice, and lobster noodles, all of which travel well. Although the service can be slow during busy hours, the food quality and generous portions make it a worthwhile experience.
