This ice cream parlor is a real treat! I've been a regular here for the past couple of years. The owners are a lovely couple who really know how to make you feel welcome. The ice cream is delicious, with some fantastic flavors to choose from. The fun and quirky carnival theme adds to the charm of this place. And the best part? It won't break the bank!
