As I entered the eatery, I was drawn to the enticing aroma of Mediterranean spices and freshly baked pita. The friendly employees, who appeared to be the owners, greeted me warmly as I placed my order for a delicious falafel pita with added feta, along with hummus and baklava. While waiting for my meal, I couldn't help but admire the spotless kitchen where the hummus was freshly made in-house and the baklava was crafted by a local artisan.
