Never been so thoroughly ignored in my life. Came in with friends it said “seat yourself “. Went to a booth sat down waited and waited watched waitresses wait a table another bring food out and another chit chatting with customers. Never was acknowledged finally gave up and left still no acknowledgment will not be back!

I'm not sure what it is. When they were at the old location, service was always great and food was good. At this new location, the first time my wings were not done. I tell the server and he is like okay, so I tell the cashier and she's like well did you tell the server...yes I did. Needless to say, not even a "sorry about that" was said. Second visit, I had a to-go order. I walk in and stand at the counter. Two servers look me in my face and talk to each other for a couple minutes, I guess to decide which one would come over. My food is sitting there already ready. One comes over with an attitude, gets upset when I asked for my change, and then tells me she will give my tip to someone else. I dunno

Good sucks .

Food is pretty good, service is terrible.
The last two times we have gone in for lunch it has taken over 30 minutes to get pre-pared veggies and if you ask for your salad first good luck, I have eaten mine for desert twice.
If you have 30 minutes for lunch forget about it.
