This ice cream shop is fantastic! The staff is always so friendly, and the ice cream is just incredible! My son has severe food allergies, and Penguin made him a safe and delicious ice cream cake for his birthday, which everyone loved. The flavors are plentiful, and the staff is always welcoming.
