After struggling to find the right travel agent, I finally connected with Jim Dalton, who promptly helped us plan a perfect vacation within our budget. Jim's knowledge of the Cancun area and his attentive assistance made the process stress-free. I can't wait to work with him again and regret not seeking help from a travel agent sooner.
