Richard and the team at the venue were incredibly accommodating and helpful in planning my surprise party within my budget. The decorations, lighting, and overall ambiance were outstanding, making the event truly unforgettable. Despite a minor issue with the staff not being as helpful as expected, the overall experience was fantastic, and I would definitely consider hosting another event at this venue in the future. The owner's attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction truly set this place apart as a gem in the Bronx.
