At Minto's, I always find myself returning for their delectable meat patties and Big Bamboo canned Sea Moss. The market's ever-changing patty flavors keep me coming back for more, even if they don't always have my favorite in stock. Despite the hit or miss service, this cozy spot in the East Bay is my go-to for satisfying my cravings with authentic Jamaican flavors.
