My family and I have been regulars at Nishiki Sushi for years now, almost every week or two. The food is always super fresh and delicious - I can't get enough of their tuna carpaccio, ninja roll, Rensselaer roll, gyoza, and Tom Yum soup. It's run by the nicest local family, and if you love sushi, hibachi, ramen, or poke, you've gotta check them out ASAP. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!
