We have been back to Ben's 3 times since covid. And each time it gets worse. Three strikes and your out Ben's. We will not be going back again. You have now joined the ranks of Epstein's. Prior to covid everything was fine. The last two times we ate there and I ordered a moist thinly sliced Pastrami. What did I get is this. An end piece which was totally dry, & tasteless . Well the last straw was Christmas day. We had no power from the storm so had to go out to pick up a sandwich. Ben's was the only place open. I ordered my usual moist thinly sliced pastrami and what did I get the same dried out end piece. On Christmas day they had the nerve to do this to a customer. Whell it will not happen again 'EVER. Furthermore we had to wait 50 minutes to order two sandwiches. There were only two customers in front of us. Rediculous. They need a new manager for this store. Keep this up Ben's and you will be out of business soon.
