I tried LB for the first time last week and ordered the Pollo Francese and Pollo a La Plancha - the Frances was absolutely delicious, especially with the Mexican pan dulce for dessert. The atmosphere is cozy with Latin music playing in the background, and the service is fast and friendly - definitely worth a visit if you're in Summit! Just be aware they're closed on Sundays.
