I've tried the ground beef and chicken plates here, and both were delicious with generous portions. The food is cooked fresh, so the wait can be a bit longer than expected, but it's worth it. It would be great if there was an option to order ahead since there's no free water available, but I'll definitely return when I have time to enjoy the meal.

The Mediterranean fast food restaurant inside Citadel Outlets serves delicious ground beef and chicken plates, cooked fresh but with a slightly long wait time. It would be convenient to have a mobile ordering option for pick-up, especially for those on the go. While the lack of free water and unexpected side items like grilled jalapeño pepper were minor drawbacks, the overall experience of good food, short lines, and friendly service makes it a worthwhile stop for anyone in the area.

I order my food and after I pay for it the attendant said that I will have to wait for 15 minutes. I told her that I didn't have time to wait for that long and that I wanted my money back. She said that there was no refunds. I asked to speak with the manager which she said that there were no manager in the restaurant and if I wanted to talk to the manager I will have to call him from my phone. The attendant had a bed attitude and wouldn't give me my money back. Thankfully another costumer let me have his plate which was the same thing I had ordered. I was shock about the attendant's attitude.
