Chavez Supermarket & Taqueria on Fifth and El Camino in Redwood City offers fresh, authentic food with swift service and a friendly atmosphere. The lengua and fish tacos stood out as some of the best I've ever had, and the produce, including crisp jicama and fragrant jamaican hibiscus, is impressively fresh. Whether you're stocking your pantry or grabbing quick take-out, the combination of quality ingredients and delicious hot food makes this a fantastic choice.

This supermarket and taqueria truly impresses with its extensive selection and friendly staff. The food is delicious and fresh, particularly the lengua and fish tacos, which have become favorites of mine. While the ambiance is straightforward, the quick service and quality offerings make it a wonderful option for take-out or grocery shopping.
