Jose Serrano always provides excellent service, and the food tastes homemade with friendly staff and affordable prices, plus there's always parking available. Their huevos rancheros, carne asada sopes, and refreshing raspados with unique flavors like Nuez and Coco keep me coming back, and the welcoming atmosphere makes every visit enjoyable.
