The food at Carmelina's on the UCSF Parnassus campus really surprised me with its quality, especially for a fast-food style taqueria in a food court. The chicken enchilada was hearty and flavorful, served with fresh salsa and sides, and the staff, like Karmin S., were friendly and efficient, making it a convenient and satisfying lunch option despite the limited parking nearby.

I visited a Mexican fast food spot at UCSF Parnassus campus and was pleasantly surprised by the food quality. The location is convenient and the service was fast with friendly staff. While the food wasn't as spicy as I expected, the Chicken Enchilada was a popular and filling choice for a reasonable price.
