I grabbed dinner one Sunday night and Ashley greeted me with a beautiful smile and great service, making the experience really enjoyable. The 16-piece chicken meal with sides and tortillas was a good deal, especially with a coupon, and the chicken was some of the freshest I've had. Usually, the lunch crew nails it with quick, friendly service and tasty food, but the dinner service left a lot to be desired with dry burritos and poor queso quality.

During my recent visit to El Pollo Loco, I arrived at the drive-through at 8:45 pm on a Sunday night. The staff was friendly and the service was efficient, making it a pleasant experience overall. The 16-piece chicken meal with sides and tortillas was a good deal, and the fresh quality of the food made it a satisfying dinner for me and my family.
