The panuchos with extra hot hot sauce from the food truck that parks on NE Bennett St on Wednesdays around 12:30 p.m. are amazing! I tried the beef, pork, and chicken tacos, and they were all tender and juicy, loaded with pickled onion, cabbage, and tomatoes. The tortillas were sturdy enough to hold all the delicious fillings. My friend was surprised by the size of the beef burrito, exclaiming, "It's huge!" and he managed to finish it along with a pint of beer, despite later succumbing to a food coma.
