After days of overpriced tourist food, sinking my teeth into a freshly made California burrito with tender carne asada felt like a flavor explosion worthy of a fiesta. The chicken enchiladas were smothered in the most amazing sauce, and trust me, every bite was a delicious reminder that good Mexican food doesn't have to break the bank.
