I found the service a bit sluggish when my friends ordered their three street tacos, but my burrito was swiftly served. The food at TacoMex 2 is authentically Mexican, with a range of flavorful options like birria, cabeza, buche, and lengua tacos that transport me back to the streets of Mexico. The atmosphere is inviting, with clean tables and a menu featuring appetizing pictures, making it a delightful dining experience near Anschutz Medical Campus.
