Ordering from the back of a modest Mexican bodega, the tacos burst with authentic flavors-handmade tortillas lovingly wrapped around well-seasoned meats like carnitas, pollo, asada, and tender beef cheek, each paired thoughtfully with either a thin, spicy rojo or a milder verde salsa. The al pastor was unavailable during my visit, but the asada tostadas and accompanying salsas elevated every bite, complemented by an impressive selection of Mexican spices and cooking essentials available for purchase. Warm, friendly staff added to the experience, making this humble culinary find a must for anyone craving genuine Mexican street food with fair prices and generous portions.

Tres Hermanas is a small bodega where you can order authentic Mexican food from the back of the store. There is one table available if you prefer to dine in. The regular tacos come with meat, cilantro, raw white onion, and your choice of rojo or verde salsa. The bodega also offers a great selection of Mexican cooking products, spices, and dried peppers for those looking to cook authentic Mexican or Latin dishes at home.
